Kevin Cole is a strategist and a business builder.  Kevin has set strategies and has step-changed the performance of many brands to deliver share leadership positions across multiple categories including Petcare, Consumer Health and Confections. Currently, Mr. Cole is President and CEO of STEM Animal Health, a company working to address anti-bacterial resistance in Animal Health. Previously, he has held Senior Executive and Management positions in several multi-national companies including MARS Canada, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and FERRERO. Kevin is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s HBBA program.

Marie Bélanger has over 25 years experience in developing marketing strategies, optimizing sales teams and client relations, as well as managing multidisciplinary teams in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Having worked for major companies such as Procter & Gamble as well as small to medium sized organizations such as Santé Natuelle (AG) Ltée as General Manager, she has strong knowledge in operational management and of the Natural Health Product market.

She is currently part of the Senior Business Advisory team at Inno-Centre, acting as business development specialist and as professional coach.

Mr. Doyle is currently Executive Director and a director of Québec Bourse, the association regrouping Québec based listed companies and other markets stakeholders.  Between October 1999 and December 2015 he was the Vice-President, Montréal of TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Doyle also led the nationwide TSX Venture Mentorship program and further acted regularly as a speaker and advisor at conferences and workshops. He has also held directorship roles with publicly traded companies, the latest of which was Abitibi Royalties Inc.

Ms. Khayat's past experiences includes leadership positions at Neptune Wellness Solutions where she led the development and launch of several of the company's consumer product brands in USA and other markets. Throughout her career, Ms. Khayat has also held several key positions with global life science companies and has experience leading sales teams, generating new business opportunities, and M&A.  In addition, Ms. Khayat has been involved in several start-up companies as an investor and advisor. She is also a Board Member of Caisse Populaire St-Martin de Laval and a member of Anges Quebec.
